Funnel and status settings in AmoCRM

Do you have one LiraCRM account, but different departments and need deals to go to different funnels or statuses? In this article, we will look at how to do this.

You need to go to “Administration” – “PBX” – “Internal routes”, open the required route for editing, scroll down to the “AmoCRM Funnels” section

You should have your own internal route for each department, and in each internal route you can set the funnel, status, and responsible person.

(У (an internal route may be routed to other routes that specify a different funnel or status. The funnel and status specified in the last route have priority.)
